Upgrades and Renewals

• Existing customers only: To add  new domain names  first login. to our secure sites Log in   using your email and password. Then register your domain as usual using sign up link.

• Plan upgrades can be ordered at any time. The upgrade cost to a higher specification plan is calculated as follows:
  The Annual Cost of New Hosting Plan less a credit for cost of the number of complete months remaining on current plan.

• Downgrades are not available during the term of a hosting plan but can be requested at renewal.

• Renewals of domains and hosting plans- You will be invoiced before 14 days of the expiry date. You can pay by credit card  online or pay by cheque payable to 3WSERVERS. Please do not send cash by post.

• Once you have received the invoice follow these simple steps to pay your invoice. Step 1:  Log in  Step 2:  Double click the invoice no. your invoice will come up. .Step 3: You will be give two options Paypal or 2CHECKOUT  (Credit Card). You can pay by selecting the method and follow the simple links.  ( Full demo is available from the control panel Step 1. lonin to your control panel. Step 2 Select your domain name. Step 3: Your demo, billings and online web site creator can be access from there)
